I am pleased to offer this exceptional handmade SOLID HEAVY 14k rose gold and platinum genuine hot pink ruby and diamond ring today.  "Retro Art Deco" refers to a style of jewelry from the 1940s era that often combined pink-rose gold with hot pink or red rubies and white hot diamonds in dreamy, romantic, over-the-top jewelry pieces such as this one. This is a one-of-a-kind BIG cocktail ring that takes up residence on the finger!
The ring features a "bouquet" of ruby flowers in a spray, with a platinum arc-shaped base set with five chunky old mine cut diamonds, measuring 2.7 mm down to 2.2 mm, and with their depth and high tables, total approximately .40 ctw.  The bouquet is made of rose gold stems with 12 hot pink ruby "flowers". The largest ruby is top and center and measures about 6.5 mm.  It's set in a crimped 5-sided bezel. The smaller rubies are set in 4-pronged heads, measuring between 2 and 2.3 mm.  The rubies total approximately 2.00 carats, so total gem weight in this ring is about 2.40ctw.
THE RUBIES HAVE BEEN EVALUATED BY A GIA TRAINED JEWELER AND ARE DEFINITELY GENUINE.
The face measures 1" top to bottom by 3/4" side to side.  It tests positive for solid 14k rose gold and platinum, guaranteed. It weighs a hefty 9.8 grams, is a size 6.25 and is in excellent vintage condition.
